Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, masks are only eligible for returns or exchanges if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please ensure you select the correct item before completing your purchase.


Refunds & Replacements

Once your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the issue and product availability.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
